We never recommend cameras for the sake of it – every unit has a defined purpose. A proper site survey is the only way to determine the right number.

Monitored CCTV connects to a 24/7 monitoring centre where trained operators receive alerts, visually verify threats in real time, and escalate to police, keyholders or response teams. Monitored systems prevent incidents. Unmonitored systems just document them.
Yes. All of our systems include mobile app access as standard. You can view live feeds, review recorded footage, receive push notifications and manage your system from any smartphone or tablet. We configure this during installation and ensure you are fully trained on how to use it.
Storage duration depends on the number of cameras, resolution settings and the capacity of the recording hardware. Most commercial systems we install provide 30 days of continuous recording as standard. If your business requires longer retention – for compliance or operational reasons – we can specify additional storage capacity during system design.
In most cases, yes. We assess your existing hardware, cabling and infrastructure to determine what can be retained and what needs replacing. Some older analogue systems require a full upgrade to IP-based cameras, while others can be partially upgraded. We design the most cost-effective path forward based on what you already have in place.
